NEW INDICATION & DOSAGE
Relapsed small-cell lung cancer in patients who have had a complete or partial response to first-line chemotherapy--
Adults: 2.3 mg/m2/day P.O. once daily for 5 consecutive days; repeat cycle every 21 days. Swallow whole, don't cut, crush, or chew.
ADJUST-A-DOSE:
If bone marrow suppression occurs, reduce drug dosage or stop drug depending on level of suppression.
