NEW INDICATION & DOSAGE
To treat erectile dysfunction in men who anticipate more frequent sexual activity (more than twice a week)--
Adult: 2.5 mg/day P.O. without regard to meals; may be increased to a maximum 5 mg/day P.O .based on patient response.
ADJUST-A-DOSE:
If creatinine clearance is 30 ml/minute or less, the maximum dosage is 5 mg, not more than once very 72 hours; daily use isn’t recommended. In patient with mild or moderate hepatic dysfunction (Child Pugh Class A or B), use cautiously. With severe hepatic dysfunction (Child Pugh Class C), use of drug isn’t recommended.
