NEW INDICATION & DOSAGE
Along with diet changes, to slow atherosclerosis progression in patients with high cholesterol--
Adults: Starting dose, 10 mg/day P.O. May be increased after 2 to 4 weeks, based on serum lipid levels. Maximum dosage 40 mg/day P.O.
ADJUST-A-DOSE:
For Asian patients, adjust starting dose to 5 mg/day P.O.; monitor patient closely.
