NEW INDICATION & DOSAGE
In combination with other antiretroviral agents, to treat HIV-1 infection, using a tablet form in children who can reliably swallow tablets--
Children weighing 14 kg to 21 kg (31 lb to 47 lb): Give 75 mg (1/2 of a 150 mg tablet) P.O. b.i.d.
Children weighing 22 kg to 29 kg (48 to 65 lb): Give 75 mg (1/2 of a 150 mg tablet) P.O. in the morning and 150 mg P.O. in the evening.
Children weighing more than 30 kg (66 lb): Give 150 mg P.O. b.i.d.
