NEW INDICATION & DOSAGE
Initial therapy in patients likely to need multiple drugs to achieve blood pressure control--
Adults: Initially, 150 mg irbesartan and 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide P.O. once daily for 1 to 2 weeks. Adjust as needed to a maximum of 300 mg irbesartan and 25 mg hydrochlorothiazide P.O. per day.
