NEW INDICATION & DOSAGE
Prevention of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting that occurs with initial and repeat courses of highly- and moderately-emetogenic cancer chemotherapy; used in combination with other antiemetics--
Adults: 115 mg I.V. infused over 15 minutes, starting 30 minutes before chemotherapy on day 1 of the chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting regimen. Oral form is used on days 2 and 3.
