NEW INDICATION & DOSAGE
Moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms (hot flashes) associated with menopause--
Adults: Initially 0.25 gram (corresponds to 0.25 mg estradiol) daily, applied topically to the right or left upper thigh on alternating days; may be increased to 0.5 or 1 gram/day as indicated to control symptoms. Apply entire contents of unit dose packet to 5 by 7 inch area. Wash hands after application. Don’t apply to irritated skin. Don’t wash site for at least 1 hour.
