NEW INDICATION & DOSAGE
Multiple myeloma or mantle cell lymphoma in patients who have undergone at least one therapy--
Adults: 1.3 mg/m² as an I.V. bolus injection twice weekly for 2 weeks (Days 1, 4, 8, and 11) followed by a 10 day rest period through day 21. Or, for extended therapy of more than 8 cycles, once weekly for 4 weeks followed by a 13 day rest period (days 23 through 35). Wait 72 hours between doses.
