Moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile rheumatoid arthritis--
Pediatric patients ages 4 to 17 years: For patients who weigh 15 kg (33 lbs) to less than 30 kg (66 lbs), 20 mg subcutaneously every other week; for patients who weigh 30 kg (66 lbs) or more, 40 mg subcutaneously every other week.
