INDICATIONS AND DOSAGES
With granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) to mobilize stem cells for autologous transplantation in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and multiple myeloma—
Adults: Give four doses of G-CSF for 4 days; then give plerixafor 0.24 mg/kg subcutaneously 11 hours before apheresis for up to 4 consecutive days.
ADJUST-A-DOSE: For creatinine clearance 50 ml/minute or less, give 0.16 mg/kg subcutaneously daily before apheresis for up to 4 consecutive days.

ADVERSE REACTIONS
CNS: dizziness, fatigue, headache, insomnia.
GI: diarrhea, flatulence, nausea, vomiting.
Musculoskeletal: arthralgia.
Skin: injection site reaction.
Reactions may be common, uncommon, life-threatening,
or COMMON AND LIFE-THREATENING.
