AVAILABLE FORMS
Topical solution: 2 ml, 4 ml, and 10 ml in pre-filled syringes.

INDICATIONS AND DOSAGES
To adhere autologous skin grafts to surgically prepared wound beds resulting from burns--
Adults and children: Apply a thin layer to the prepared bed using the Easyspray system.

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND CAUTIONS
Contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to aprotinin; also contraindicated for injection.
   Use cautiously in patients who are breast-feeding or pregnant.

INTERACTIONS
None reported.

ADVERSE REACTIONS
CNS: fever.
CV: bradycardia, flushing, tachycardia.
GI: nausea.
Respiratory: dyspnea.
Skin: dermal cyst, pruritus, skin graft failure, urticaria.
Other: impaired healing, blood-borne infections.

Reactions may be common, uncommon, life-threatening, or
COMMON AND LIFE-THREATENING.
