INDICATIONS AND DOSAGES
Conjunctivitis caused by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention coryneform group G, Corynebacterium pseudodiphtheriticum, C. striatum, Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella lacunata, Staphylococcus aureus, S. epidermidis, S. hominis, S. lugdunensis, Streptococcus mitis group, S. oralis, S. pneumoniae, S. salivarius
Adults and children age 1 and older: Instill 1 drop into affected eye t.i.d., 4 to 12 hours apart for 7 days.

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND CAUTIONS
Safety and effectiveness in infants less than 1 year haven't been established. Use cautiously in pregnant or breast-feeding women. Don't inject drug into the eye or introduce it into the anterior chamber of the eye.

INTERACTIONS
None reported.

ADVERSE REACTIONS
CNS: headache.
EENT: blurred vision, conjunctival erythema, eye irritation, eye pain, eye pruritus.

Reactions may be common, uncommon, life-threatening, or
COMMON AND LIFE-THREATENING.
